One of our favourites in Peckham. An original Victorian factory building that was derelict; converted with an additional 3 storey return cedar clad extension wrapping around a courtyard garden. This incredibly private space maximised the glazed facades making it light and bright throughout the year. Finished to a high standard with bespoke doors and staircase, exposed brick and exposed architectural elements all add to it's industrial charm.
