Bordering the World Heritage & Conservation area of West Greenwich. Hawks Mews is a great example of the challenge working within an existing building desperately in need of refurbishment. Planning difficulties aside this is a brilliant example of a old building that's been chopped and changed over the years, has poor quality walls and windows and is generally a bit of a draughty old barn.

We want to achieve a super thermally efficient 21st century home, increasing the floor area with an added level and creating a more holistic exterior, cladding the building and specifying super efficient windows.

We hope to see this project on site in early 2018
