Bennett Park is a great example of working within a very traditional envelope but thinking outside the box.

The challenge to create a modern flat in an existing Victorian conversion with a small budget and some blue sky thinking, we were able to maximise the under used circulation spaces into a neat kitchen with all mod cons, allowing the original proportions of the living and bedroom areas to be as they were intended. A simple palette and maximising storage make this a dream home for it's aspiring pianist.
